Can I return my purchase?

YES ! As long as the box and product are unopened you can return it to us in Canada. You have 14 days from the time of receipt to do this. The cost of shipping to us will be at your expense, but upon receiving and inspecting your return, you will get a full refund from your purchase. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and unopened, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at hairlosscanada.net@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
